One of the most successful pop artists in the Nordics, Sigrid is set to return to Finland as part of the tour supporting her new album There’s Always More That I Could Say. Known for her infectious hits and captivating live energy, the Norwegian artist will perform at Helsinki's House of Culture on Monday, February 2. Tickets go on sale via Lippu.fi on Friday, October 3 at 11 AM.
SÁMI ARTIST ELLA MARIE TO PERFORM IN HELSINKI AND OULU IN JANUARY
Northern Sámi pop music a strikingly unique voice performing Ella Marie will perform in January at Korjaamo in Helsinki and at 45 Special in Oulu. Ticket sales for the concerts of the internationally rising artist will begin on Friday, September 5, through the venues’ ticket outlets.
In addition to the musical career, Ella Marie is also known as an activist and actress. The artist begun as the leading person in the band ISÁK and gained international attention after winning Norway’s Stjernekamp singing competition. The charismatic performer, who writes about Sámi culture, is currently working on a debut solo album, from which the single Gumpe, released in June 2025, is the latest release.
Ella Marie is also a feminist and a defender of Sámi rights. She is one of Scandinavia’s leading advocates for Indigenous rights. The talented performer made a film debut in a lead role in the movie Ellos eatnu (Let the River Flow) in 2023. In Finland, Ella Marie has already appeared on numerous festival stages, as well as in a widely acclaimed performance in Helsinki last Spring. As proof of growing popularity, the artist will embark on an extensive Nordic tour this coming winter.
