Having amassed over one billion streams with his captivating and atmospheric electronic pop, RY X will make his Finnish debut next spring. The artist-producer, who has worked with the likes of Drake, Diplo, and John Legend, will perform at Kulttuuritalo in Helsinki on April 19, 2027.
Drawing inspiration from nature and spirituality, RY X — real name Ry Cuming — has captivated international audiences with his understated electronic productions and distinctive vocals. His songs are defined by his recognizable, powerful voice and atmospheric guitar-driven soundscapes.
RY X, who has also received a Grammy nomination in recent years, has worked with the Los Angeles and London Philharmonic Orchestras, among others, and has also composed music for film.
Best known for the title track of his 2013 Berlin EP and his 2019 album Unfurl, RY X is also known as a member of The Acid. Tickets for the show by the intriguing alternative artist, whose quietly credible career has remained somewhat under the radar, will go on sale on Friday, September 18 at 10:00 via Lippu.fi.
