The Swedish progressive metal giant Opeth returns to Finland and will perform at the Helsinki Ice Hall on Sunday, February 9th 2025.
Ticket sales for what they describe as "the world's most evil band" Black Box concert will begin on Lippu.fi on Friday, August 9th at 10AM.
The band, led by guitarist-vocalist Mikael Åkerfeldt for nearly 30 years, has been steering Swedish death metal in a progressive direction since the late '80s and early '90s with their progressive production. Over the years, the band has implemented various musical styles into their work, becoming both a cornerstone of heavy music in their country and a group admired by genre fans.
Opeth just released the first single from the upcoming album which is set to be released in October.
