We have received a number of phishing messages in the name of Fullsteam, targeting a number of companies and operators. The messages have been visually professional, but the text content is significantly different from our normal communications. In these messages, the scammer has presented themselves as Fullsteam and approached the recipients with a warning about copyright violations. The messages are sent from an email address ending in @gmail.com.
This incident is not related to a breach of our privacy and there is no attempt by the operator to gain access to our customer data or systems. It is a misuse of Fullsteam's corporate identity for criminal purposes.
Fullsteam's official emails are sent as @fullsteam.fi. Most of our email addresses are in the format firstname@fullsteam.fi. You can also check the email addresses of different staff members on our website: www.fullsteam.fi.
