Finland’s most popular band, KUUMAA, will launch its KUUMAA 10 anniversary year with a special club tour, taking the group to ten cities over the course of ten weeks.
The tour will begin in Oulu in February 2026, following the release of the band’s new album, and will conclude in early May at Tavastia in Helsinki. Tickets will go on sale via each club’s ticketing channels on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
Founded in 2016, KUUMAA has evolved from performing in small clubs to filling Finland’s largest arenas. The band has won the Emma Gala’s Band of the Year award for three consecutive years, and its songs have amassed over 250 million streams. In 2024, according to Pollstar statistics, KUUMAA sold more concert tickets than any other Nordic artist. The group performed at a sold-out Helsinki Ice Hall and toured nationwide with its Maasta kuuhun arena tour.
In 2025, KUUMAA has focused on the production of its fourth studio album, scheduled for release on February 13. The band has performed only in three cities as part of its Tässä on kaikki tour. KUUMAA has not embarked on a full-scale club tour in over a year, and the upcoming ten-week spring tour will mark a long-awaited return to intimate venues, answering the strong demand from both the band and its audience.
'Arena shows and large-scale concerts have been extraordinary experiences, but they have also reminded us how much we value performing in clubs—spaces where we can genuinely connect with the audience. We have missed those moments and the unique energy that emerges from close interaction with listeners. Performing live is the most essential way for us to express ourselves and engage with people. To mark our tenth anniversary, we wish to celebrate friendship and the new album by performing as extensively as possible.
The setlist will include a wide selection of material from our journey so far—both old and new, big and small songs. The upcoming album is nearing completion, and even as we continue working in the studio, our thoughts are already with the tour ahead. We look forward with great excitement to bringing it all to life on stage,' the band comments.
