The members of the legendary band Children Of Bodom returning to the stage to celebrate the band's music on February 26, 2026 at Tavastia in Helsinki. Tickets for the evening, titled A Celebration Of Music, will go on sale on October 27, 2025 at 9:00 am via Tiketti.
The performance will feature the original members of Children Of Bodom Janne Warman, Henkka Blacksmith, Jaska Raatikainen, Alexander Kuoppala as well as long-time friend of the band Samy Elbanna, who is originally known from the band Lost Society.
"With this show we want to celebrate not only the life’s work of our band but also the musical legacy of our friend and bandmate Alexi. With returning to Tavastia - a venue which has always meant a lot to Children of Bodom - we will fulfill a long-standing wish of our fans,” the band comments.
Formed in Espoo in the early 1990s, Children of Bodom rose to international fame with the albums Something Wild, Hatebreeder and Follow the Reaper. They were known not only for their technical playing and energetic live shows but also for Laiho's virtuoso guitar playing.
