Internationally acclaimed and fearless in breaking genre boundaries, BADBADNOTGOOD is coming to Finland. The Canadian group will perform at Helsinki’s Allas Pool on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. Tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster on March 5 at 10 AM.
Founded in Toronto in 2010 by Alexander Sowinski, Chester Hansen, and Matthew Tavares, the band has reshaped jazz on a global scale with a modern approach, crafting fresh soundscapes while staying true to the genre’s roots. The two-time Grammy-winning ensemble seamlessly blends jazz, hip-hop, and alternative music and is renowned for collaborations with top artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, The Creator, Ghostface Killah, Turnstile, and Kaytranada.
Over their 15-year career, the band has released six studio albums, along with numerous collaborations, live recordings, and mixtapes. Their latest full-length album, Mid Spiral (2024)—evoking the best of 1970s production—dives into jazz-funk, jazz-rock, and psychedelia, capturing the energy, focus, and improvisational power that define their live performances.
