Wonho is a Korean singer who originally rose to fame as a member of the Korean hip-hop group Monsta X. In 2020 the artist launched his solo career after leaving the hugely popular group. Known as a strong dancer and captivating live performer, Wonho gained widespread attention with the debut EP, and Rolling Stone described him as one of the most versatile stars in Korean music.
In June 2025, Wonho treated his fans to a new track, Better Than Me, inspired by the music of NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys. The song offered a long-awaited preview of the artist’s upcoming first full-length album.
Wonho's international fanbase has helped ensure his songs have charted highly both in South Korea and globally. He is especially remembered for his singles Losing You and Open Mind.
