SILENT SERVANT

Juan Mendez, known as Silent Servant, is a long-standing artist and techno producer recognized for his diverse work that blends techno, post-punk, and EBM. Drawing early inspiration from bands like The Smiths, The Cure, and My Bloody Valentine, Silent Servant has been involved in key projects throughout his career, including the influential Sandwell District collective and the duo Tropic of Cancer. His acclaimed debut album, Negative Fascination, and the equally praised 2018 follow-up, Shadows of Death and Desire, were both released on Dominick Fernow’s (Prurient, Vatican Shadow) Hospital Productions label.
