Moon Shot features acclaimed Finnish musicians Ville Malja, Jussi Ylikoski, Mikko Hakila, and Henkka Seppälä, best known for their work with Lapko, Disco Ensemble, and Children of Bodom. The band's debut album, Confession, was released in autumn 2021 and took Moon Shot on extensive tours across Finland and Central Europe. Their sophomore album, The Power, released in spring 2024 via Germany's Reaper Entertainment, further established the band's international presence. Singles such as Blackened Spiral and Yes climbed the German rock radio charts, while the album—produced by Jussi Ylikoski, Julius Mauranen, and Grammy Award-winning producer David Bottrill (Tool, The Smashing Pumpkins, Muse, Placebo)—led to an extensive run of club and festival shows across Europe. Moon Shot's third album, Thunderlust, is set for release in autumn 2026.
