The Belarusian band Molchat Doma, a leading name in synth-pop drawing from post-punk and new wave, is particularly known for their massively popular hit "Судно (Борис Рыжий)" ("Bedpan (Boris Ryzhy)") as well as several other tracks that have collectively garnered hundreds of millions of streams. The band made their definitive breakthrough in 2020 with their critically acclaimed third album "Monument." The trio, known for their unique and recognizable sound, creates dark yet danceable music that has been compared to acts like Joy Division and Crystal Castles.
