Lauantaidisko, or "Ladi," is a nightlife institution. This Helsinki-based DJ collective has become masters of versatile pop music, creating unbeatable sets that combine fresh hits, beloved classics, and hidden gems for any occasion. The foundation of their success lies in the legendary club night at Tavastia, which packed dance floors from 2009 to 2024, delivering quality music and genuine fun to hundreds of thousands of attendees across 650 nights before its grand finale on May Day 2024. Today, they continue performing through live gigs and their own events, now often hosted at venues like Kuudes Linja.
In addition to club nights, the Lauantaidisko DJs have graced festival stages from Flow and Ruisrock to Provinssi, headlined twice on Slush’s main stage, played at countless student and corporate events, and hosted shows on Radio Helsinki. The current lineup—DJs Erkko, Luna, Harvest, and Mini—performs solo, as duos, and as a group, backed by decades of experience. Their expertise spans themed sets, from the '80s and '90s to the 2000s and Finnish pop, with a nostalgic nod to the golden years of Lauantaidisko itself.
