The Slovenian indie rock band Joker Out rose to widespread international popularity from Eurovision, and has so far been streamed more than 12 million times on streaming services. They became the first Slovenian artist to reach this milestone. Joker Out's line-up consists of Bojan Cvjetićan, who surprised the audience at Käärijä's Tavastian gig a couple of weeks ago, as well as Jure Maček, Kris Guštin, Jan Peteh and Nace Jordan. The band, which describes its music as "Shagadelic Rock n' Roll", was chosen to represent Slovenia at the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest with its song "Carpe Diem", whose eponymous tour is currently tearing through Europe, constantly conquering new fans with its joyful live energy.
