Formed in 2000 among childhood friends, Efterklang is a trio led by its members Casper Clausen, Mads Brauer, and Rasmus Stolberg. Their debut album "Tripper" in 2007, followed by "Parades" in 2012, and their fourth studio album "Piramida" have all been acclaimed as significant releases in experimental pop-rock and modern art music.
Efterklang, often compared to musical peers such as Björk, Sigur Rós, Arcade Fire, and Bon Iver, has also released two films and several interdisciplinary works throughout their career. Evolving from grandiose, melodic, and lushly orchestrated productions, the band has released music not only in English but also in Danish.
