Jolly Jumpers are pioneers of Finnish alternative rock, known for their distinctive sound that blends elements of americana, garage rock and blues. Formed in Tyrnävä in 1980, the band has left a lasting mark on Finnish rock music, and their album Mobile Babylon (2006) is widely regarded as one of the most important Finnish releases of the 2000s. Jolly Jumpers are also known for their rare but powerful live performances, featuring both classic songs and newer material.
