Big Thief, an indie rock band formed in Brooklyn, has in a short period of time managed to charm with their original, folkish style. In only six five, the band has released four studio albums, and spent a good amount of time on stages and tour buses. Big Thief’s debut album “Masterpiece” was reviewed nothing else than what the title states.
The organic folk sound combined with vocalist Adrianne Lenker’s unique voice, Big Thief’s music sounds like they’ve played together for far more than six years.
