Aku Raski is currently celebrating their 25-year career as an artist by releasing new music and performances. Having long produced intense electronic music under the artist name Huoratron, Raski released the first album under own name in 1999 and is now closing a certain chapter in the impressive artistic journey.
In honor of this milestone, the artist will release a new series, the first part of which premiered this summer at the Huvila tent during the Helsinki Festival. Internationally acclaimed Rask is known for spectacular, furious live performances, which finely showcase the artist’s musical aesthetic.
After a long hiatus from releasing new work, Raski’s productions continue to follow their signature style, where light and sound merge in a cathartic, penetrating, and physical fusion.
