ABBATH

Abbath is widely regarded as one of black and extreme metals most prominent frontmen. For nearly three decades he helmed one of the most influential metal bands ever to emerge from Norway - Immortal. With his characteristic voice, signature guitar riffs and undisputed talent as a stage performer, the charismatic singer helped spearheading the Norwegian trio from local clubs to the biggest festival stages in the world. From the early beginnings with albums such as “Diabolical Fullmoon Mysticism” and “Battles in the North”, to chart toppers “At the Heart of Winter” and “Sons of Northern Darkness”, Abbath has through his work with the group left a major imprint on the worldwide phenomenon that is Norwegian Extreme Metal.
